Tenant Overview
Thank you for choosing to rent a property through us. We are pleased to provide our residents with a high level of service and convenience. Don't forget, all of our residents are welcome to make use of the programs listed below!
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of residential services. Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home. Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 9 – 5. We are on call Saturday, Sunday and evenings for emergencies. If you have an after hours emergency, call us at (208) 891.1134 and someone will get with you as soon as possible. Please let us know that you have an emergency when you call or leave a message.
Tenant Programs
Refer a friend to rent one of our available properties and get up to $100 per referral!
Home Ownership Program
Through our associates at The Morgan Team and Mortgage West, any of our residents immediately receive a $700 credit toward the purchase of a new home upon enrolling in this new program. Furthermore, every month you rent with LSPM, your credit will increase by 7% of your rent payment up to a maximum of 1.5% of your total home purchase!
For example, if you enrolled immediately upon leasing your new home with LSPM and rented for two years at $900 per month, you would receive a credit of $700 plus $1512 (7% of 21,600 of paid rent) for a total of a $2412 credit at the closing of your purchased home!
